- In case of cancellations made up to 10 days prior to check-in, 70% will be reimbursed.
- In case of cancellations made from 9 to 3 days prior to check-in, 30% will be reimburssed.
- For cancellations after this deadline or in case of no-show, nothing will be reimburssed.
Exception: during holidays and high season (December to March), all nights will be charged in case of cancellation or no-show.
