Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
This is a private tour. Participants will be picked up from their hotel in Curitiba at 7:30 am.
Please inform the hotel name and adress where you will be staying in your booking.
In case you do not mind to share transportation and guide with other travellers, you can opt for a join-in tour, available in three categories:
- Join-in train tour tourist: with Portuguese speaking guide
- Join-in train tour executive: with Portuguese/English speaking guide
- Deluxe train Great Brazil Express: with Portuguese/English speaking guide, departures on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
