Owning the pousada since its foundation, Marcos has made Pousada das Orquídeas from his own home into a charming and cozy guesthouse. Primarily, Pousada das Orquídeas was built to be a simple house used by Marcos, his family and friends when they wished to run away from Curitiba and just relax close to nature. At about 5 years ago, Marcos decided to transform this house in a delightful business and just felt in love for the art of receiving guests in his "home". Marcos has two kids, five and three years old, who are, whenever possible, with him at the pousada. Due to that, Marcos has built a playground and a toys room. That explains why Pousada das Orquídeas is also very recommended for families.
