Orquídeas Pousada - Ilha do Mel

Pousada Orquídeas is one of the newest pousadas in Ilha do Mel. The pousada has a very close connection to nature, being located right beside a preservation area and surrounded by gardens. Pousada Orquídeas offers two categories of accommodations: private rooms and chalets. Private rooms are a bit larger and are located behind the main building. The chalets are smaller rooms with private shower/toilette, remind puppet houses and are located in the garden - they are not appropriate for tall people. The restaurant opens daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, serving preferencially their own guests. 

Pousada Orquídeas has a wide green area, surrounded by a garden. In connection with this enchanting environment are the private rooms, the chalets and the restaurant, recognized as one of the best gastronomic options in Ilha do Mel.

Late check out policy:
Late check-outs can be negotiated according to availability.

Policy on children staying with parents:

• Children up to 6 years old are free of charge
• Children older than 7 years must pay adult rates

Cancellation Policy:

• A 100% deposit will be required to confirm your booking
• In case of cancellations made up to 72 hours prior to check-in, 90% will be reimbursed
• For cancellations after this deadline or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged and the rest will be reimbursed

Exception: during holidays and high season (December to March), all nights will be charged in case of cancellation or no-show.
