Pousada Tia Tina

Pousada Tia Tina was recently bought and has been managed by a friendly and young couple who, like many others, wished to leave the crazy routine in big cities behind and have their own business in a calm and pleasant place on the coast side. And that is what Marcos and Cris did. 

Pousada Tia Tina has been fully redesigned and offers a TV room and a barbecue place. In all the seven carefully cared for rooms, you will find double beds, fans and private bathrooms.

 

Pousada Tia Tina is a friendly spot with clean rooms, an easy going vibe, and helpful staff.

Regarding gastronomic facilities, besides the barbecue place which can be freely used by guests, Pousada Tia Tina also makes sandwiches, snacks and a tasteful fish prepared in banana leaves. 

Late check out policy:
- In case of delays, please notify the front-desk in advance.

Policy on children staying with parents:
- Children under four years old are free of charge.
- Children between five and nine years old, will be charged in BRL10,00 / BRL20,00 or BRL30,00 (depending on the season)
- Children between ten and fourteen years old, will be charged in BRL25,00 / BRL75,00 or BRL100,00 (depending on the season)

Cancellation Policy:

- A 10% fee will be charged to guarantee your booking and this value is non-refundable
- Cancellations made up to 72 hours prior to check-in are free of charge.
- In case of no-shows, the first night will be charged.

During holidays and high seasons, all nights will be charged in case of cancellation or no-show.
