Pousada Marimar Farol

Hotel Pousada Marimar at Ilha do Mel has two entrances, one facing the ocean and other on the trail to Praia do Farol Village - it is very easy to find. It was formerly named Pousada das Palmas and was bought some years ago by Cecilia, a friendly entrepreneur. Her sister Zuma manages this Ilha do Mel hotel, offering clean, simple rooms and a good breakfast. After buying the pousada, Cecilia invested into a renovation and installed air conditioning in some rooms, making them more comfortable during Summer time. This Ilha do Mel hotel offers also snacks in a typical "lanchonete" - a snack parlor, where you can ask for sandwiches and pastries. A barbecue grill is available and guests can make a grill party here. Cecilia's market delivers meat, bread and everything else at Pousada Marimar Farol. 

From booking to 15 days prior to arrival: 10% cancelation fee
From 14 to 7 days prior to arrival: 20% cancelation fee
From 6 days to no-show: 100% cancelation fee
During National holidays, special packages are charged and they are not refundable.
