Cecilia, the owner of Hotel Pousada Marimar Farol, is a nice entrepreneur lady who lives and manages several business on the island. She arrived on Ilha do Mel about 10 years ago and has two kids (8 year-old girl and 3 year-old boy). Her sister Zuma and her family also help managing the hostel and lately they bought the tradiotional Zorro Hostel and changed the name to Hostel Marimar Encantadas. They also manage the Marimar Market, close to the arrival pier in Brasilia!
