Hotel Camboa does not have elevators, but there are two adapted accommodations located on the ground floor that are available for guests with disabilities

During holidays, the hotel might have other rates and minimum stay periods. The rates on site are not valid for national holidays.
A 100% deposit will be required to confirm your booking
In case of cancellations made up to 72 hours prior to check-in, 90% will be reimbursed
For cancellations after this deadline or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged and the rest will be reimbursed
Exception: during holidays and high season (December to March), all nights will be charged in case of cancellation or no-show.

One child less than 6 years old stay free of charge
Children between 6 and 11 years old will be charged R$60 per night

In company of both parents or responsible: the parents and the child must present the passport to the front desk. In case the child is travelling with responsible people (grand parents, legal guardians, etc.), they must present a document proving its status.

A legal authorization of the absent parent must be presented as well.
