Cancellation Policy
  • A 100% deposit will be required to confirm your booking
  • In case of cancellations made up to 72 hours prior to check-in, 90% will be reimbursed
  • For cancellations after this deadline or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged and the rest will be reimbursed


Exception: during holidays and high season (December to March), all nights will be charged in case of cancellation or no-show.

Late check-out policy:

In case of late check-out please inform Jayme, your host, in advance. This way fees can be negotiated.

Children policy:

  • Children under 4 years old are free of charge
  • Children between 5 and 12 years old pay half price
  • For children older than 13 years, regular rates will be applied

 

The stay in hotels or guesthouses for children and teenagers under 18 years old is only allowed if:

In company of both parents or responsible: the parents and the child must present the passport to the front desk. In case the child is travelling with responsible people (grand parents, legal guardians, etc.), they must present a document proving its status.
