Policy on children staying with parents:

- Children under six years old are free of charge.
- Children between six and twelve years old will be charged R$30.00 (low season) and R$50.00 (high season - from december to january).
- Children thirteen years of age and older pay adults rates.

Cancellation Policy:

- A 10% fee will be charged to guarantee your booking and this value is non-refundable
- Cancellations made up to 8 days  prior to check-in, are free of charge.
- In case of no-shows the first night will be charged. During holidays and high season, all nights will be charged.
