Policy on children staying with parents:

• Children under 6 years old are free of charge
• Children between 6 and 12 years old will be charged R$30.00 (low season) and R$50.00 (high season - from December to January)
• Children 13 years of age and older pay adult's rates

Cancellation Policy:

• A 100% deposit will be required to confirm your booking
• In case of cancellations made up to 8 days prior to check-in, 90% will be reimbursed
• For cancellations after this deadline or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged and the rest will be reimbursed

Exception: during holidays and high season (December to March), all nights will be charged in case of cancellation or no-show.
